House District 83 encompasses the southern half of Brookhaven and most of Chamblee.
Vote Early In Person
DeKalb County voters are able to cast their ballots early between October 17 through November 4 during the following times:
- Weekdays: 7 am-7 pm
- Saturdays: 8 am-6 pm
- Sundays: Noon-5 pm

You may vote at any early voting location within DeKalb County.

Check your voter status and register by October 11 to vote in this election.
Vote By Mail
No excuse is required to have a ballot mailed to you. Request an absentee ballot online from August 22 until October 28 for the Nov. 8th General Election. Your ballot must be returned by 7:00pm on Election Day in order to be counted. It is recommended to mail back your completed ballot by November 1 or drop it off at a drop box location.
Vote on Election Day
Election day is Tuesday, November 8 and polls are open from 7:00am to 7:00pm. You can only vote at your polling location on Election Day. To find your polling location below, you will need to enter your name, birthdate and county of residence.
